SHORT BRIEF: RRB ALP NOTIFICATION 2025 Coming Next Month Ending. The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has officially unveiled the much-awaited notification for Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) Recruitment 2025. This year brings exciting prospects with 9,970 vacancies spread across various Zonal Railways, promising a bright future for aspiring candidates who dream of working with Indian Railways.

Educational Qualification:
  • 10th Pass + ITI in relevant trade OR
  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering (relevant field)
Eligibility Criteria
A) Matriculation / SSLC plus ITI from recognised institutions of NCVT/SCVT in the following trades:
– Fitter, Electrician, Instrument Mechanic, Millwright/Maintenance Mechanic
– Mechanic (Radio & TV), Electronics Mechanic, Mechanic (Motor Vehicle), Wireman
– Tractor Mechanic, Armature & Coil Winder, Mechanic (Diesel), Heat Engine
– Turner, Machinist, Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning Mechanic
OR Matriculation / SSLC plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship in the above trades
B) Matriculation / SSLC plus three years Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Automobile Engineering (OR a combination of these streams) from a recognised Institution in lieu of ITI.
Note: Degree in the above Engineering disciplines will also be acceptable in lieu of a Diploma in Engineering.
