Eligibility Criteria
- Target Candidates: Ex-servicemen Indian Domicile (Pension holder only) OR Ex-women employees (including premature retirees) of MoEF&CC and State Forest Department.
- Service Requirement: Minimum 20 years of service in MoEF&CC / State Forest Department.
- Enrollment Timeline: Should get enrolled within 5 years from the date of retirement.
- Age Limit / Tenure: JCOs can serve up to 55 years of age, and OR (Other Ranks) can serve up to 50 years.
- Medical Category: Must be SHAPE-1.
- Character: Should be EXEMPLARY / VERY GOOD.

Important Instructions: No mobiles will be brought to the rally site. No messing and accommodation will be provided during the recruitment rally.
Important Terms & Conditions of Employment
- Nature of Job: Territorial Army is purely a voluntary organisation and essentially a part-time job. People will be employed temporarily based on Government sanction. It does not provide or promise any permanent employment.
- Tenure: The period of enrollment of enrolled persons of CETF Bn will be 02 years commencing from the date of their enrollment, and may be extended by 01 year at a time subject to satisfactory performance.
- Pay & Allowances: All enrolled personnel will be entitled to basic pay and dearness allowance of their rank and service group as admissible from time to time. Other allowances like Children Education Allowance, Hill Compensatory Allowance, HRA, etc., will be admissible. No annual increment will be admissible.
- Pension / Gratuity: No pension, increment, and Gratuity will be admissible for the service rendered in CETF Bn (TA). Their previous pension entitlement remains untouched.
- Canteen & Medical: Personnel enrolled will be entitled to canteen and medical facilities as applicable to any other units.
