Eligibility Criteria & Duration
1. Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess the requisite educational qualifications based on the trade they are applying for:
- Graduate Apprentice: A valid Degree in the respective discipline (e.g., Finance, HR, PR, Computer Science).
- Diploma Apprentice: A Diploma in Engineering or related fields (Civil, Electrical, Pharmacy, X-Ray, etc.) from a recognized institution.
- ITI Apprentice: An ITI passing certificate in the designated trade (Electrician, Plumber, Fitter, Welder, etc.) recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
2. Mandatory Registration (NATS/NAPS)
Before applying on the NHPC website, it is absolutely mandatory for candidates to be registered on the official Government of India apprenticeship portals:
- For Graduate & Diploma candidates: National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal (`nats.education.gov.in`).
- For ITI candidates: National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) portal (`apprenticeshipindia.org`).
3. Training Duration
- The duration of the Apprenticeship Training will be exactly One Year.
Selection Process & Contract Generation
