DSSSB Recruitment 2026: The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has released the Vacancy Notice / Advertisement No. 04/2026 inviting online applications on behalf of Delhi District Courts and Family Courts. Eligible Indian Nationals can apply for a total of 641 vacancies for the posts of Senior Personal Assistant, Personal Assistant, Junior Judicial Assistant, Process Server, and Peon/Orderly/Dak Peon.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Age Limit (As on 01.06.2026)

The candidate must have attained the age of 18 years but should not have attained the age of 27 years (i.e., born not earlier than 02/06/1999 and not later than 01/06/2008).

2. Educational Qualifications (As on 04.11.2026)

  • Senior Personal Assistant: Graduate with speed of not less than 110 words per minute in Shorthand and 40 words per minute in typewriting.
  • Personal Assistant: Graduate with Shorthand speed of 100 words per minute and typing speed of 40 words per minute and having knowledge of computer.
  • Junior Judicial Assistant (JJA): Graduate with typing speed of not less than 40 words per minute on Computer.
  • Process Server: Matriculation pass or equivalent / Higher Secondary with driving licence of LMV and 2 years unblemished driving experience.
  • Peon / Orderly / Dak Peon: Matriculation pass or equivalent from a recognized board.

Selection Process

DSSSB / Delhi District Courts will conduct Examinations for the posts. The selection process varies per post code:

  • For PA & SPA (805/26) / JJA (806/26): The selection involves Tier-I (MCQ), Tier-II (Descriptive Test in English Language), Tier-III (Skill Test/Typing/Shorthand), and Tier-IV (Interview).
  • For Process Server (807/26): Tier-I (MCQ), Tier-II (Driving/Skill Test in real traffic conditions), and Tier-III (Interview).
  • For Peon/Orderly (808/26): Tier-I (MCQ of 100 Marks based on English, Hindi, GK, Arithmetic) followed by Tier-II (Interview of 15 Marks).
  • Note: There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in the Tier-I MCQ test. The final merit list will be prepared by the Delhi District Courts.

  1. Candidates must first complete their registration on the DSSSB OARS portal: dsssbonline.nic.in. (Registration is a one-time exercise).
  2. Login using your registration details and click on the “Apply” link for the specific post code (805/26, 806/26, 807/26, or 808/26).
  3. Fill in all the required details carefully. Upload your recent clear color photograph and signature as per specifications.
  4. Pay the required application fee (Rs. 100/-) via SBI e-pay, if applicable.
  5. Submit the application form before the closing date: 04/11/2026 (Till 11:00 PM).
  6. Take a printout of the final submitted online application form for future reference. No request for change/correction will be entertained once submitted.
