Educational Qualification & Criteria
- Court Manager: Graduation in any stream with MBA from a UGC recognized University/Institution. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Process Systems Management / IT Management / HR Management / Financial Management.
- Clerk: Graduation degree from a recognized University with basic knowledge in Computers (operating, Windows/Linux OS, typing and taking printouts). Must qualify typing test with a speed of 30 W.P.M. in English and 25 W.P.M. in Hindi on computer (Kruti Dev-10 font).
- Stenographer Grade-III: Graduation degree from a recognized University. Must qualify Stenography test in English with a speed of 80 W.P.M. and Typing test with 40 W.P.M. in English & 30 W.P.M. in Hindi (Kruti Dev-10 font). Max 10% errors allowed.
- Driver: Matriculation (10th) from a recognized Board. Valid LMV driving license for at least 3 years and driving experience of LMV for at least 3 years. Preference to candidates with mechanical knowledge of automobiles.
- Process Server: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) pass from a recognized Board. Selection through Screening Test, Written Test & Evaluation.
- Peon / Orderly / Chowkidar / Safai Karamchari: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) pass from a recognized Board. Shortlisting in 1:3 ratio based on 10+2 marks (calculated out of 85 marks) + 15 marks for document evaluation.

Age calculation will be as on 1st January 2026:
- Court Manager: Between 25 to 35 Years.
- All Other Posts (Unreserved & EWS): Between 18 to 45 Years.
- Reserved Categories of HP (SC / ST / OBC / PH): Between 18 to 50 Years (5 years relaxation).
- HP Govt. Employees: Between 18 to 50 Years.
