Pay & Perks

Selected candidates will be placed in the entry level of NG-2 grade at a starting minimum basic pay of ₹26,500/- in the pay scale of ₹26,500/- to ₹34,000/-. In addition to Basic Pay and Industrial pattern of Dearness Allowance (DA), other allowances and benefits as per Corporation rules will apply.

2. Educational Qualification & Experience

Candidates must possess a prescribed Diploma obtained through a full-time regular course approved by AICTE. Minimum marks required are 60% aggregate for GEN, EWS & OBC (NCL) candidates, and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.

Selection Methodology

The selection process consists of three stages:

  1. Stage 1: Computer Based Test (CBT)
    • The CBT will consist of one objective type paper containing 100 questions (1 mark each).
    • Duration: 120 minutes.
    • Sections: Domain Knowledge (60 marks) and General Aptitude (English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, General Awareness & Current Affairs – 40 marks).
    • There will be no negative marking for wrong answers. The exam will be conducted in English only.
