Eligibility Criteria & Age Limit
1. Essential Academic Qualifications (As on 30.09.2026)
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
- Final Year Students: Those who are in the Final Year/Semester of their Graduation may also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if called for interview, they will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before 30.09.2026.
- Candidates possessing qualifications such as Medical, Engineering, Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant etc. are also eligible.

3. Number of Chances
Candidates who have already appeared for the maximum number of permissible chances are not eligible to apply. (UR/EWS: 6 chances, OBC: 9 chances, SC/ST: No restriction). Appearing in Preliminary Examination will not be counted as a chance.

Selection Process & Exam Pattern
The selection for SBI Probationary Officers will be done through a three-Phase process:
Phase-I: Preliminary Examination
