NMDC Recruitment Selection Process
- First Level Test: OMR Based Test (Field Attendant) or Computer Based Test (CBT) for other posts.
- Second Level Test: Physical Ability Test (Field Attendant) or Trade Test (other posts), qualifying in nature.
- Final Selection: Based on OMR/CBT marks, subject to qualifying in the second level test.
- Minimum Marks: SC/ST/PwBD: 40 marks, OBC(NCL): 45 marks, UR/EWS: 50 marks in OMR/CBT.
- Second Level Test Ratio: Candidates called in a 1:3 ratio based on OMR/CBT performance.
