IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Marketing Division, Northern Region, has released Notification No. IOCL/MKTG/NR/APPR/2025-26/2 for the engagement of Technical and Non-Technical Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961. This recruitment drive covers locations in Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Uttarakhand.
Eligible candidates can apply online for Technician Apprentice (Diploma), Trade Apprentice (ITI), and Graduate Apprentice posts. The selection will be based on merit marks obtained in the qualifying examination. There is No Written Test or Interview for this recruitment.

3. Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
Candidates must fulfill the eligibility conditions as of 31st December 2025.

Age Limit (As on 31.12.2025):
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 24 Years
- Relaxation: 5 Years for SC/ST, 3 Years for OBC (NCL), 10 Years for PwBD.
4. Selection Process
The selection methodology for IOCL Northern Region Apprentice Recruitment 2025 involves:
- Merit-Based Shortlisting: Selection will be based on the percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in the prescribed qualification (ITI / Diploma / Graduation / 12th). There will be NO Written Test or Interview.
- Tie-Breaking: In case of a tie, older candidates will be preferred. If dates of birth are also same, higher matriculation marks will be considered.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for verification of original documents.
- Medical Fitness: Final selection is subject to meeting the Pre-Engagement Medical Fitness standards of IOCL.

Login to the respective portal and apply for the opening with Establishment ID: NATS-NDLSDC000005 (for Diploma/Graduate) or NAPS-E05200700003 (for ITI/DEO).
After applying on the portal, you MUST fill the details and location preference in the Microsoft Office Form (Link in Important Links section below) latest by 12 Jan 2026.
