Eligibility Criteria (as on 01.03.2026)
1. Age Limit
- Deputy General Manager (Grade D): 35 to 45 Years.
- Assistant General Manager (Grade C): 28 to 40 Years.
- Manager (Grade B): 25 to 35 Years.
- Junior Assistant Manager (Security Officer): Maximum 50 Years (Inclusive of all relaxations).
- Relaxation: Standard age relaxations apply (5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC NCL, 10 years for PwBD) for vacancies in IS-Audit, IT & MIS, and Risk Management.
2. Educational Qualification & Experience
- Audit – IS (Grade C): B.Tech/BE/MCA/MSc in relevant IT fields OR Graduate with valid CISA certification. Experience: Minimum 7 years in BFSI/IT of which 4 years in IS Audit/Cyber Security.
- Risk Management – ISG (Grade C & B): B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA/MSc in IT/CS fields. Certifications like CISA/CISM/CISSP/CEH preferred. Experience: 7 years for Grade C (with 4 years in Info Sec) / 4 years for Grade B (with 2 years in Info Sec).
- IT & MIS (Grade D, C, B): Graduate/Post Graduate in CS/IT/AI/Machine Learning/Data Science OR MCA. Experience: 10 years for Grade D (with 7 yrs relevant), 7 years for Grade C (with 4 yrs relevant), 4 years for Grade B (with 2 yrs relevant).
- Security Officer (Grade O): XII/Diploma Pass. Experience: Retired Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) from Indian Army/Navy/Air Force with a minimum of 15 years of regular service and “Exemplary” character on discharge.

Selection Process
