IB Security Assistant Recruitment 2025 Age Limit
The age limit for this recruitment is 18 to 27 years as of the closing date, August 17, 2025. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government rules.

Selection Process & Exam Scheme
The selection process for the IB SA/Exe Recruitment 2025 consists of three tiers:
Tier-I: Online Exam

Tier-II: Written Exam (Descriptive)
- Translation of a passage of 500 words from the opted local language/dialect to English and vice versa.
- Marks: 50
- Duration: 1 hour
- This tier is qualifying in nature. The qualifying mark is 20 out of 50.
Tier-III: Interview/Personality Test
- Marks: 50
Final selection will be based on the combined performance in Tier-I and Tier-III exams. In case of a tie, it will be resolved by comparing marks in Tier-I, then Tier-III, followed by age (older candidates placed higher), and finally by alphabetical order of names.
