IAF Agniveer Non-Combatant Recruitment 2026:Indian Air Force invites applications from unmarried male candidates for Intake 02/2026 under Agnipath Scheme. Join as Agniveervayu Non-Combatant in Hospitality or Housekeeping streams.

3. Job Profile & Streams
Candidates will be recruited under one of the following two streams. Additional duties may be assigned as per organizational interest.
Hospitality Stream
- Cooking: Cutting meat/vegetables, cooking dishes, kitchen management.
- Service: Laying tables, serving food/water/beverages.
- Hygiene: Maintenance of kitchen and dining hall sanitation.
- Handling crockery, cutlery, and refrigeration.
Housekeeping Stream
- Cleaning: Floors, roads, rooms, bathrooms, commodes, urinals.
- Maintenance: Grass cutting, gardening, digging trenches.
- Other Tasks: Washing utensils/clothes, ironing, hair cutting/shaving, leather repair/shoe polishing, tailoring basics.
4. Salary & Seva Nidhi Package
Agniveervayu Non-Combatants will receive a customized monthly package along with Risk & Hardship allowances.

5. Eligibility Criteria
Marital Status & Gender
Only Unmarried Male candidates are eligible.
Age Limit
Educational Qualification
- Must have passed Matriculation / Equivalent examination from a recognized Board.
Medical Standards
6. Selection Process
The selection involves multiple phases. Candidates must qualify each stage to proceed.
- General English: 10 Marks (Class 10 CBSE level)
- General Knowledge: 10 Marks (Class 10 level)
- Passing Marks: Minimum 10 in aggregate.
- Height Check: Rejection if below 152 cm.
- PFT-1: 1.6 Km run in 6 minutes 30 seconds.
- PFT-2: 10 Push-ups (1 min), 10 Sit-ups (1 min), 20 Squats (1 min).
Practical assessment of skills related to the stream (Cooking, Cleaning, etc.). Minimum 50% marks required to qualify.
Detailed medical checkup by Air Force Medical Team. Blood, Urine, Biochemistry, Chest X-Ray, ECG etc.
7. How to Apply (Offline Process)
This is an OFFLINE application process. Follow these steps carefully:
- Step 1: Download the Application Form from the link below.
- Step 2: Fill the form with Blue/Black ink. Attach recent passport size photo (holding black slate with name and date of photo written on it).
- Step 3: Attach self-attested copies of:
- Matriculation Certificate & Marksheet.
- Character Certificate (by Gazetted Officer/Principal).
- Consent Certificate (for candidates below 18).
- Step 4: Put everything in an envelope. Address it to the Presiding Officer of the nearest/chosen Air Force Station (List available in Notification PDF).
- Step 5: Send via Normal Post or Drop in the Drop Box at the station before 23 Feb 2026.
