HRRL Recruitment 2025 Education Qualification

Job Location
The primary job location will be at the HRRL Refinery-cum-Petrochemical Complex at **Pachpadra in the Balotra district of Rajasthan**. However, posting/assignment can be in any Division/Department of the HRRL at any place in the country, and services will be transferable as per requirement. Some positions may involve working in shift duties, including night shifts.
Selection Process
The selection process for positions in HRRL is rigorous and designed to identify the best talent. For positions in Salary Grade E0 (Jr. Executive – Fire & Safety & Jr. Executive – Official Language Implementation), the multiple-stage selection process will comprise of:
- Computer Based Test (CBT): This will be an objective questions test with no negative marking, comprising two parts:
- General Aptitude (English Language, Quantitative Aptitude Test & Intellectual Potential test – Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation).
- Technical / Professional Knowledge (questions related to Qualifying degree/ Educational background/practical knowledge required for the applied position).
- Skill Test: Candidates qualifying in CBT will be called for a Skill Test.
- Personal Interview: Candidates qualifying in the Skill Test will be referred for a Personal Interview.
- Physical Endurance Test & Pre-Employment Medical Examination: Candidates will further be referred for these based on their overall performance in CBT, Skill Test, & Personal Interview.
