Short Brief: Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has opened the application correction window for the RRB Group D 2025 recruitment process. This allows candidates who have already submitted their online applications for the 32,438 Group D (Level 1) vacancies to modify certain details in their forms.

Correction Window Dates: The modification period is active from March 4, 2025, to March 13, 2025. This is your opportunity to make changes if you applied before the extended deadline of March 1, 2025

Editable Fields: You can edit most details in your application, such as personal information, educational qualifications, or uploaded documents. However, certain fields like the chosen RRB region and the email ID/mobile number used during initial registration cannot be changed.

Modification Fee:

  • A flat fee of INR 100 applies for any corrections, regardless of category, and this fee is non-refundable.
  • If you need to change your community status (e.g., from SC/ST to UR or OBC), an additional INR 250 is required on top of the INR 100 modification fee.

How to Modify Your RRB Group D Application

  1. Visit the Portal: Go to www.rrbapply.gov.in and select your RRB region.
  2. Log In: Use your registration ID and password received during the initial application process.
  3. Edit Details: Access the application form, make the necessary changes to permitted fields, and review them carefully.
  4. Pay the Fee: Pay the modification fee (INR 100, or INR 350 if changing community status) via online methods like debit/credit card, net banking, or UPI.
  5. Submit and Save: After payment, submit the updated form and download the confirmation page for your records.
