Job Location & Examination Cities

The Headquarters of CCRAS is located in Delhi. Candidates selected for various posts may be posted in the network of 30 Institutes across the country. The Computer Based Test (CBT) will be conducted in various test centers across India. The list of examination cities includes:

CCRAS reserves the right to cancel or add more cities and centres, and the CBT location might be shifted based on administrative feasibility.


CCRAS Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

The selection process for CCRAS Recruitment 2025 involves the following stages:

  • Computer Based Test (CBT): This will be an online examination with multiple-choice objective type questions.
    • For Group ‘A’ posts, the CBT carries 70 marks, and the interview carries 30 marks.
    • Minimum qualifying marks in CBT: 25% for SC/ST/PWD candidates, and 30% for all other categories (UR, OBC, EWS, Ex-Serviceman).
  • Interview: Shortlisted candidates for Group ‘A’ posts will be called for an interview based on their CBT scores. The interview ratio is 1:5 for 1 vacancy, 1:4 for 2 vacancies, and 1:3 for 3 or more vacancies.
  • Skill Test/Typing Test: Applicable for certain posts like Stenographer, LDC, and Translator, as specified in the detailed advertisement.
  • Document Verification: Candidates will need to submit original caste certificates (for reserved categories) and other relevant documents for verification at the time of scrutiny.
  • Normalization: If the CBT is conducted in multiple shifts, a normalization methodology may be used for scores.
