- Medical Examination: Candidates must undergo a Medical Examination by a Medical Board and produce a health certificate confirming their physical fitness for outdoor work in the Forest Department.
- Computer Proficiency Test (CPT): Based on merit in the Main Written Examination, candidates qualified in the Walking Test and Medical Examination will be shortlisted for the CPT. Qualifying the CPT is mandatory as per G.O.Ms.No.26, G.A. (Ser-B) Dept., Dt: 24.02.2023.
- Final Selection: The final selection will be based on marks secured in the written examination, after qualifying in physical tests and CPT, duly observing roster points and bonus marks for NCC certificate holders where applicable.
