ICSIL DEO Recruitment 2026: Intelligent Communication Systems India Ltd. (ICSIL) has released the official notification (Advt. No: ICSIL/RC/10-A/DCCWS/DEO/2026-27) inviting online applications for the post of Data Entry Operator (DEO). There are a total of 20 vacancies available purely on a Contractual Outsourced basis, to be deployed in the Delhi Consumer Cooperative Wholesale Store Ltd. (DCCWS). Eligible 12th Pass candidates with relevant computer knowledge can submit their applications online exclusively through the official ICSIL portal www.icsil.in from 15 October 2026 to 18 October 2026.

Vacancy & Remuneration Details
The engagement is purely on a contractual/outsourced basis for a fixed period to be deployed at Delhi Consumer Cooperative Wholesale Store Ltd. (DCCWS).

Eligibility Criteria
1. Age Limit
The maximum age limit for applying to the post of Data Entry Operator is Up to 40 Years.
2. Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Base: Minimum 12th Pass from a recognized board.
- Technical Skills: Must have practical computer knowledge of Excel and Tally.
- Domain Knowledge: Must have basic knowledge of accounts.
One-Time Registration Fee

Security Deposit & Deduction
This amount shall be refunded to the candidate with saving bank interest upon compliance with:

- Completion of contractual liabilities with ICSIL as per the appointment letter.
Additional Guidelines
- The place of deployment will be anywhere in Delhi/NCR. No extra conveyance will be paid by ICSIL.
- Candidates must produce original documents (DOB, Qualification, Experience) and bring 1 set of photocopies with 2 photographs on the date of document verification/interaction.
- Details in the application form must exactly match Class 10th Certificates, PAN Card, and Aadhar Card. Evidence of name change (if any) must be furnished.
- Canvassing in any form or attempting to influence the recruitment process will lead to immediate disqualification.
