Salary Details
Selected candidates will receive excellent remuneration under the Central Government pay scales.
- Pay Band: Level-3, Cell-1 as per the new pay matrix of the 7th CPC.
- Basic Pay: Rs. 21,700/- per month.
- Additional: Standard allowances (DA, HRA, TA, etc.) as per Government rules.
Eligibility Criteria & Age Limit
1. Age Limit (As on 31.05.2026)
- Standard Age Limit: 18 to 25 years.
- Age Relaxation: Standard upper age limit relaxation applies: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and 10 years for PwBD candidates. Ex-servicemen get 3 years relaxation after deduction of military service. Departmental candidates with 3 years continuous service get relaxation up to 40 years (45 for SC/ST).
2. Educational Qualification
- Essential: Matriculation (10th Class) or equivalent from a recognized Board.
- Experience Requirement: Proficiency in handling Private Board Exchange (PBX) Board. The minimum duration of experience should be 06 months. No application will be accepted without a PBX experience certificate.
- Desirable: Fluency in spoken English and Hindi.
Selection Process & Syllabus
The selection will be made strictly on the basis of merit derived from the Written Test. The Practical test and Interview will be of a qualifying nature.
- Screening of Applications: If the number of applications is large, a screening based on the percentage of marks obtained in Matriculation/10th Board will be carried out to shortlist candidates for the written exam.
- Written Test (100 Marks): The exam will be bilingual (English/Hindi) except for the English subject.
