Eligibility Criteria for HPCL Recruitment 2026
Candidates must fulfill the educational and age criteria as on the cut-off date (02.03.2026).
1. Age Limit & Nationality (as on 02.03.2026)
- Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
- Minimum Age: 18 Years.
- Maximum Age: 25 Years.
- Relaxation: SC/ST (5 Yrs), OBC-NC (3 Yrs), PwBD (10 Yrs).
2. Educational Qualification
- Degree: Engineering Graduation in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation.
- Batch: Only candidates who completed graduation after 01-04-2023 are eligible.
- Marks: Minimum 60% aggregate marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Exclusion: Candidates with prior apprenticeship training or work experience of 1 year or more are not eligible.
