SHORT BRIEF : ITBP GD Sports Recruitment 2025, aimed at filling 133 Constable (General Duty) posts under the Sports Quota. This recruitment drive by the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) aims to fill 133 Constable (General Duty) positions through the Sports Quota. Meritorious sportspersons who have achieved notable accomplishments in their respective sports.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: Matriculation (10th standard) or its equivalent from a recognized board.
  • Sports Qualification: Sports achievements at the National/international level.

Age Limit:

  • 18 to 23 years as of April 2, 2025 (born between April 2, 2002, and April 2, 2007).
  • Age relaxation is applicable as 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC

Application Fee:

  • ₹100 for General/OBC/EWS male candidates.
  • No fee for SC/ST and female candidates.

Salary

  • Pay Scale: Level-3 in the Pay Matrix, ₹21,700 to ₹69,100 (as per 7th CPC).
  • Additional Benefits: Dearness Allowance, Ration Money, Special Compensatory Allowance, free uniform, accommodation (or HRA), medical facilities, and other allowances as admissible.
Selection Process:
  1. Evaluation of Sports Achievements – Shortlisting based on sports certificates.
  2. Physical Standard Test (PST) – Height, weight, and chest measurements.
  3. Medical Examination – Candidates must meet the medical fitness standards.
